Workshop Facilitator

I love running workshops and my specialities are in ensemble storytelling, devising, object manipulation and physical theatre.

I work regularly for West End in Schools and also for the Almeida. I recently worked with a team of girls from Clapton Girls Academy to produce a short devised play called Doppelganger which was inspired by Summer and Smoke and performed on that set at the Almeida.

I have worked as a facilitator with several community groups including Creative Communities in Shelton Mallet with Make the Sunshine, Employ My Ability and people from Gillingham in a bespoke version of The Fairy Tale Forest, I was the community director on Teatro Vivo’s production of Ondine at St Catherine’s Chapel, Abbotsbury and we worked with a 100 strong community cast on SALT, a Community Play for Poole at Lighthouse.

In the past I have run drama workshops as far and wide as the Eden Project, Dublin Trinity University, Albuquerque University, Anglia Ruskin University, Dorchester Youth Theatre, The Remix (an inclusive disabled/ non-disabled company), Hereford College, Le Preau, Normandy, Queens School Taunton, Dorchester Community play company and Theatre Newfoundland.

I have recently finished training in Story Massage and am looking forward to bringing that into workshops with young people, exploring the power of positive touch.
